Delivery
01 How long do I wait for the shipment?
We send the package via the courier service D Express, and the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. For Belgrade, delivery often arrives within 24 hours.
02 What are the delivery costs?
The delivery fee is 450 RSD, and for orders over 5,000 RSD delivery is free.
03 Do you deliver outside Serbia?
Currently, we deliver only within Serbia, but we are working to enable international shipping soon.

04 What are the payment options?
Exchanges and Returns
05 Is it possible to exchange a purchased product?
Of course. If the ordered goods turn out to be unsuitable, fill out the contact form indicating that it is a Product Exchange.
If the goods are damaged, we cover the shipping costs. In case of exchange due to size or model, the customer pays the shipping costs.
06 Is it possible to return an item?
Yes, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving the package, provided it has not been worn and is in its original packaging.
After receiving the goods, we refund the money within 3–5 working days.
07 Can I return underwear?
For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return or exchange worn underwear. If it is a manufacturing defect – of course, we resolve it in your favor.

08 How do I choose the size?
The size chart varies for certain products.

Order Cancellation
09 How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.
You can check the order status in your account, under the “Orders” option.
If it says “Processing,” click “Cancel.”
If it says “Pending,” the shipment has already been sent and cancellation is no longer possible.

10 What are Pomirishi products made of?
Our products are made of bamboo, cotton, and a small amount of elastane – a combination that provides natural softness, breathability, and long-lasting comfort.
11 Are Pomirishi products eco-friendly?
Yes. Bamboo is a natural, sustainable, and eco-friendly material that grows without pesticides or chemicals, and the production process is local and free from mass industry.
12 How should bamboo fabric be washed properly?
We recommend washing at temperatures up to 40°C, without bleach or tumble drying. Dry the fabric naturally and avoid high heat – this way it retains softness and shape.

13 How do I use a promo code?
Enter the promo code in the “Enter discount code” field on the cart page. The discount will be applied automatically.
14 Can I combine multiple discounts?
Most promotions cannot be combined, unless specifically stated (e.g., special campaigns for loyal customers).

We produce everything in Serbia, in small batches, with care and respect for the material and the people who make it.
16 Do you have a physical store?
Yes. Our Pomirishi Shop is located in Belgrade, at Gvozdićevoj 29. There you can view, try, and purchase our products.
