Conversion statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

Delivery of goods and possible restrictions
All ordered packages via the Pomirishi web shop are delivered by courier services Dexpress or Postexpress to the address you provided in the order within one to three working days.
The data (including your personal data) you provide will be processed in accordance with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, and the Cookie Notice. By using the website, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the mentioned documents.
By using the website and ordering products through it, you agree to:
- use the website only for browsing and legally valid orders;
- not to place false or misleading orders;
- the email address, address, and/or other contact details you provide are accurate, valid, and complete.
By ordering products through the website, you agree that Pomirishi Bamboo may use your data and contact you for the purpose of fulfilling your order, if necessary, in accordance with the Privacy Notice. If you do not provide all the required information, you will not be able to complete the purchase. When ordering products through the website, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.
Product price and delivery costs
The purchase price of the product is indicated on the website next to each product and does not include VAT, as Pomirishi Bamboo is not in the VAT system. The delivery fee is charged at 390 RSD. Delivery is free for every order over 4000 RSD.
Order tracking and delivery time
After placing your order, you can track its status via email notifications from Pomirishi Bamboo or through the “My Account” page on the website, but only if you are a registered user.
After ordering, you will receive an email notification that your order has been received. At that point, your order gets the status “in processing.” This status means we have received your order and the package is being prepared and packed. When your package is ready, we address it and hand it over to the delivery services:
- D Express will deliver your package to the delivery address. After the delivery of the package to the address you provided, Pomirishi Bamboo will be notified that you have received the package, after which the package gets the status “completed.” From the moment your payment is recorded, or from the day you receive confirmation of your order by email, it usually takes five working days for your package to be delivered. This period generally includes the time needed to prepare your package plus one working day required by the delivery service to deliver it.
Your package will be delivered by a courier contracted with Pomirishi Bamboo to the address you provided, between 8 AM – 4 PM on working days (no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays). For this reason, please ensure that during this period someone is present at the delivery address to receive the package. The courier is obliged to attempt delivery twice. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will call you at the phone number you provided when placing the order and arrange a new delivery time. If delivery cannot be completed even then, the package will be returned to Pomirishi Bamboo.
Upon receiving the package, you should visually inspect it to ensure there are no visible damages.
If the package is significantly damaged and you suspect the product may be damaged, you should refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
If the package appears undamaged, you may accept it, sign the delivery note, and pay for the products and delivery costs if you chose cash on delivery as the payment method.

When it comes to resolving complaints, we can offer the following options:

The available option will depend on the nature of the complaint and our internal rules and procedures.
Right to exchange goods
You have the right to request an exchange of purchased, unused goods within 30 days from the date the goods were delivered to you or to a third party designated as the recipient. If you wish to exchange goods purchased through the website, you can do so by filling out and submitting the product exchange form electronically at the following links:
Return/Exchange form (link)
In addition to submitting the form, you are obliged to deliver the purchased product with the completed exchange form to Pomirishi Bamboo within 14 days from the date of submitting the form. Pomirishi Bamboo is obliged to deliver the replacement product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product you wish to exchange, in accordance with the data from the exchange form. If Pomirishi Bamboo does not receive the product within 14 days of receiving the form, it will be considered that you have not submitted a request for exchange.
In case of product exchange, you bear the costs of returning and delivering the product.
Pomirishi Bamboo will not perform an exchange if the product has been used.
You do not have the right to exchange underwear products that are not in their original packaging and have been unsealed.
If an underwear product has been unsealed, it is considered used and you have no right to exchange it. When delivering goods, you are not obliged to provide the packaging.
Upon receiving your complaint, we will issue a written confirmation or notify you electronically that we have received your complaint, and provide you with the reference number under which your complaint has been recorded in the complaints register.
No later than eight days from the date of receipt of the complaint, we will respond to your complaint in writing or electronically.
The response will include a decision on whether we accept the complaint, a statement regarding your request, and a specific proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint, which cannot exceed 15 days from the date of receipt.
We are obliged to act in accordance with the decision, proposal, and deadline for resolving the complaint, provided we have received your prior consent.
If, for objective reasons, we are unable to meet your request within the agreed deadline, we are obliged to inform you about the extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint, specify the new deadline, and obtain your consent, which we are required to record in the complaints register.
The extension of the deadline for resolving complaints is possible only once.
If we reject your complaint, you may initiate an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure before the bodies listed at the following address: https://mtt.gov.rs/extfile/sr/33309/lifstaa.pdf.
Notice of Pomirishi Bamboo’s obligation to participate in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution
We inform you that Pomirishi Bamboo is legally obliged to participate in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures before the body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, whose list is compiled and publicly published by the ministry responsible for consumer protection. The procedure before the body can be initiated by the consumer only if they have previously filed a complaint or objection with Pomirishi Bamboo.
Purchase of products
The presentation of products on the website represents an offer to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is concluded with Pomirishi Bamboo as the seller. By concluding a sales contract with Pomirishi Bamboo, you have all rights provided by applicable laws. By ordering products through the website, the user undertakes to make payment to Pomirishi Bamboo.
By clicking the “create order” button at the final step of the ordering process, you issue a binding purchase order and commit to payment, and at that moment the sales contract is concluded. Shortly thereafter, the order will be created and you will immediately receive an email containing all elements of your order.
Ordering
Products can only be ordered electronically via the website, which means ordering by phone or letter is excluded. As in a traditional store, you first need to select the products you wish to order on the website. Select the fields for color and size, which are mandatory, and you can also choose the quantity of each product. By using the “add to cart” button located on each product page, you place the selected product into the cart. Once you have selected the desired products and wish to review them, click on the “cart” link. The cart allows you to change product details (color, size, etc.) or remove items if you change your mind.
You order the products in your cart by clicking “proceed to checkout” or “checkout.”
The next step is choosing whether to order as a guest or a registered user. If you choose to order as a guest, you provide purchaser details, delivery address, and select a payment method. On the other hand, registration allows you to: place orders quickly and easily, access your orders, and check their status. Once registered, each subsequent order will be faster as the system recognizes you and skips steps required of guests.
By creating an account, you have the option to enter the number of your loyalty card, based on which we will calculate the discount that belongs to you by virtue of your membership in the club of our loyal consumers, the “Pomirishi Bamboo loyalty club.”
At the final step of ordering, all the details of your order and all the costs will be displayed. At that point, you either confirm your order or cancel it. Every customer is given the opportunity, before sending the order with the selected products, to once again check the entered data and correct any possible errors that may have occurred during the entry of the same.
By clicking on the link “create order,” the order will be created and you will immediately be sent an email containing all the elements of your order.
Ordering through the website is simple, and even if you make a mistake, we are ready to help you in every situation.
After completing the order (as described in detail in the previous section), you will receive a notification to your email containing all the data about the order. However, if for any reason the delivery of the ordered goods is not possible, Pomirishi Bamboo is obliged to inform you of this without delay.
After the order has been created, if you are a registered user, you can track the preparation of the shipment through the “My Account” link.

- By filling out the registration form with personal data (name and surname, email address, and access password) and clicking on the “Create Account” link, you register on the website.
Legal liability for non-conformity of goods with the contract
We inform you that, in accordance with the law, Pomirishi Bamboo is liable for non-conformity of goods with the contract that appears within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to you or to a third party designated as the recipient.
Pomirishi Bamboo is obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract.
If non-conformity arises within six months from the date of delivery of the goods, it is presumed that the non-conformity existed at the time of the transfer of risk, unless this is contrary to the nature of the goods and the nature of the specific non-conformity.
Pomirishi Bamboo is liable for non-conformities of delivered goods with the contract if: it existed at the time of delivery to you or to a third party designated as the recipient; in cases where the non-conformity appeared after delivery but originated from a cause that existed before delivery; and if Pomirishi Bamboo declared that the goods conform to the contract.
Pomirishi Bamboo is also liable for non-conformity arising from improper packaging.
If the delivered goods do not conform to the contract, you have the right to request Pomirishi Bamboo to remedy the non-conformity free of charge, by repair or replacement, or to request an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract with respect to those goods.
If non-conformity appears within six months from the date of delivery, you have the right to choose between requesting elimination of the non-conformity by replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or termination of the contract.
If non-conformity appears within six months from the date of delivery, elimination of the non-conformity by repair is possible only with your explicit consent.
If non-conformity appears after six months from the date of delivery, you have the right to choose whether Pomirishi Bamboo eliminates the non-conformity by repair or replacement.
You cannot terminate the contract if the non-conformity of the goods is minor.
All costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the contract, especially labor, materials, collection, and delivery costs, are borne by Pomirishi Bamboo.
Notice on the method of filing complaints, place of receipt of complaints, manner of handling received complaints, and possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution
We inform you that complaints regarding goods purchased through the website can be submitted electronically to the email address: kontakt@pomirishi.rs, or by mail to the previously stated address of Pomirishi Bamboo. When submitting a complaint, you are obliged to provide the goods to which the complaint refers, as well as the invoice for inspection or another proof of purchase (invoice copy, receipt slip, etc.).
Right to withdraw from a distance contract
In accordance with the law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods concluded via the website without stating the reason for withdrawal, within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you or to a third party designated as the recipient.
If you wish to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods concluded via the website, you may do so electronically by filling out and submitting the withdrawal form (hereinafter: withdrawal form) available on the website, or by filling out and sending the withdrawal form provided with the purchased goods by mail to the address of Pomirishi Bamboo. You may also withdraw from the sales contract in any other unambiguous manner.
The withdrawal statement produces legal effect from the day it is sent to Pomirishi Bamboo and is considered timely if sent within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you or to a third party designated as the recipient.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you bear the costs of returning the goods and are obliged to return the purchased goods to Pomirishi Bamboo within 14 days from the day of withdrawal.
Pomirishi Bamboo is obliged, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day it received the withdrawal form, to refund the payments received for the goods, including delivery costs, provided that it may postpone the refund until it has received the returned goods or proof that you have sent the goods to Pomirishi Bamboo, whichever occurs first, except in cases where Pomirishi Bamboo has offered to collect the goods itself.
By purchasing goods via the website, you give explicit consent for the refund to be made to your current account.
You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of purchasing underwear products that are not in their original packaging and have been unsealed. If an underwear product has been unsealed, it is considered used and you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and data required for business operations and informing users, in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing quality service. All data about users/customers is strictly protected and available only to employees who need such data to perform their work. Protection of confidential transaction data

Refund of funds
In the event of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, pomirishi.rs is obliged to carry out the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank, at the seller’s request, will perform the refund to the account of the cardholder.
Payment method
Products you have ordered and wish to purchase via the Website can be paid for by cash on delivery or by payment cards.
Cash on delivery implies payment of the amount from the fiscal receipt upon receiving the shipment. Payment can only be made in cash directly to the courier who delivered your order.
If you possess a payment card (Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro) that, based on the issuing bank’s authorization, can be used for electronic payment, you may choose this payment method. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the Banca Intesa website, where you will enter your payment card details and complete the payment. If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to the Website with a notification that the payment has been successfully completed. In case the payment was unsuccessful, you will be returned to the Website with information about the failed payment and you will be able to repeat the payment or choose another payment method.
